Actually, these are just basic tips learned from studying music theory. You can find them in books like these:

Music Theory Harmony - Thorough through Advanced

You can also just search amazon.com or other book sellers or even your local music store for books on music theory.

As far as publishing a method for determining key signatures - I’m not sure what you mean - you mean publish in a book or write an article on it?

And one way to memorize all the key signatures is to memorize the circle of 5ths. It doesn’t work for me, but it might work for somebody

I particularly liked the methods you mentioned to know what key you’re playing in. In order to make sure you’re playing all the correct flats and sharps practice playing scales and arpeggios in each key!!
