		<description>Yep.  Absolutely.  I definitely learned the hard way on a lot of this stuff.  When you put a guy who doesn't have much experience leading in front of people, you're bound to get some awkward situations some times.  But we learn best when we make mistakes and then learn how to fix them, don't we? :-)</description>
